A little about Nicole:  An adventurous free spirit out to help others find their center through yoga, energy and sound healing. Certified in Access Consciousness Bars, Reiki Master and completion of 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Nicole started her energetic healing path back in 2018 with Access Consciousness Bars. After she had a Bars session, her head space was extremely clear and she was able to be present in the moment. She knew then she wanted to be able to gift this head space to others. From here she fell in love with yoga, and couldn’t get enough of it. Started taking many classes locally, traveling to yoga retreats, and visiting new studios any chance she has.

When attending one of her sessions or classes, she will clear the space with one of her own Gypsy Soul Smudge Sticks, another passion had, as Nicole grows and cultivates her own Smudge sticks.

Here are some reasons that outdoor yoga is so beneficial:

    • Connect With Nature: A huge part of yoga and meditation is grounding. You need to root down before you rise up, and outdoor yoga is a fantastic way to re-root.

    • Gain Energy: Did you know that spending time outside actually gives you more energy? Studies show that being outside triggers signals to our brains that the body is in it’s natural environment and triggers the senses to stay alert, therefore giving you more energy!

    • Treat Your Senses: Being outdoors actually heightens your senses. Fresh air elevates your breath awareness making it easier to be self-aware in terms of your breathing.
